The highly renowned and classic brand. Our challenge. Pushing both brand awareness and product sales for Playboy shower gels.
Our big idea. Boy meets girl.Why shower alone, when you can shower together? Let’s introduce a lover’s pack.
A campaign promoting a shower gel bundle. Combining shower gel for her and for him.
The three 30 second films feature three unique modern couples in three aesthetically contrasting bathrooms.
Each film addressing another part of the target group. Matching the brand, we combined the old black and white timelessness,
sensuality and classiness with modern stylish locations.
For this campaign we crafted a soundtrack, combining aclassic 60’s track with contemporary electronic beat elements.
IN STYLISH BLACK AND WHITE.
The Playboy campaign was shot on location in Athens. We shot 35mm4-perforation on an Arriflex 235 using three different
black and white film stocks.
Shooting on different film stocks allowed us to establish a unique visual language for each of the three films.
Analog black and white film being the obvious choice to meet the aesthetics of this pioneer brand.
