A global business, like Lidl, highly depends on their people. Lidl challenged Silbersalz Film to produce an international
employer brand awareness campaign.
Why Lidl? A question answered in the campaign showing the wide variety of exciting jobs at Lidl. It was important for us
to paint an honest, colourful and above all fun picture of Lidl. We only show real Lidl employees and real locations.
Why Lidl? was filmed in Germany, Portugal, USA, the Netherlands and Ireland.

Consisting of a 90 second mother film and several 30 and 15 second short films. Each addresses another need of the target group.
The campaign is being used globally and is adapted to suit the needs of each markets recruitment tools and platforms.
Showcasing a huge landscape of Lidl jobs, we travelled to five different countries to show the fun behind working at Lidl.
We met hundreds of real employees who were excited showing us their jobs at Lidl.
